Kendale Elementary PTA
Parent Involvement

                                       2011-2012 Membership Form

Each child in the school deserves to have an adult join the PTA in their honor.  To help our school reach a goal of 100% PTA Membership, we are holding a Membership competition.  The class that has the most memberships wins a Pizza Party.  So get your aunts, uncles, grandparents and neighbors to become members so that all the children at Kendale Elementary will be sponsored.

We also need your support to continue to provide fun, community building activities for Kendale families.  Membership dues are $5.00 for each adult.  Members will receive 1.) A PTA Membership Card, providing access to National PTA resources & discounts, 2.) Voting privileges at all PTA meetings, and 3.) One Student Directory per family.  Members are encouraged to bring their friends & family to all PTA sponsored events.

Please fill out and staple to this form your dollars or check made payable to Kendale Elementary PTA.

Become a Room Parent

Room Parents play an invaluable role in the overall volunteer process of our school. Room parents
are communicators who transmit information about school-wide events from the PTA and the
administration to the parents to help parents feel informed, important and valued. Room parents
are helpers who assist the teachers as needed and coordinate events within each class. As would
be expected your role is dynamic and always evolving!

We’ve recently launched our 2011-2012 Box Tops for Education fundraising campaign. This year we’ve set a goal of earning $1,000.00 through Box Tops.

Since 1996, Box Tops for Education has helped America’s schools raise over $300 million to buy the things they need. School budgets are tighter than ever, and Kendale Elementary PTA is asking for the support of families and community members.  For additional information please click here.
